satu tamparan...
Hari ini aku half-day.....sebab rasa macam ada yg tak kena....
lantas terus pergi jumpa GP kat Clementi....you know what he told me??????
Dia suspect aku kena hernia....even though aku cakap tak rasa sakit tapi dia kata that common at early stage...
sign and symptom showed that.....
So....appointment was made at CGH utk jumpa specialist on 7 May 2009....
Oh noooo.....that date lagi seminggu aku fly to Europe.....!
Tak boleh imagine kalau this diagnosis turn out to be positive and how it will affect the trip !?/!@
Dia cakap tak ada ubat yg boleh cure or subside the 'buldging' except to undergo surgery.....
Tenguklah nanti on the 7th macam mana it goes......
Hopefully it just a strain and go away with lot of rest because lately aku admit banyak buat running and abs work-out to prepare for IPPT (luckily dah passed last week for this workyear).....
Sekarang terpaksa banyak berdoa.....

Kisah di 'terbalik' banana boat.....
Semalam masa tengah browse foto album terpandang pulak gambar2 family holiday masa kat Desaru mid last year..... ketawa sorang2 bila teringatkan kisah banana boat....macam si luncai terjun dengan labu-labunya....biarkan......hehehehehehe...... Yg bestnya masa nak naik semua excited......yg tak tau berenang (trapped water pun tak pandai !) pun eksyen macam olympic swimmer..... Hah kau....bila terbalik ! nampak kepala aje dari jauh......sampai pantai muka semua pucat.....dah tak boleh cakap.....sampai ada yg hilang contact lense ! kelakar....... bila ajak naik lagi....yg excited tadi semua dah berbadi......! Pengalaman yg cukup 'menakutkan' tapi kelakar giler...... Agak2 bila eh nak buat family outing lagi ??????
sempat posing dulu.....dia tak tau kejap lagi tsunami datang.... 
yelah tu......
macam takda apa2 aje.....! 
First group dah terbalik.....sekarang second group pulak.....
